If you think Jim looks familiar, it is likely because you’ve seen him on a billboard. Or perhaps you’ve seen him on The Jay Leno Show. Or maybe you’ve bought a hot dog from him at one of our orange carts around town. Jim is a busy guy. Jim owned and operated Jim’s Gym Family Fitness for 10 years. Jim is also a motivational speaker known as America’s Fun Fitness Coach. When Jim wasn’t busy with his speaking business one summer, he developed a love for the Chicago style hot dog! Jim and his family spent the remainder of the year testing recipes and trying many brands to bring you the excellent final product that is Jim’s Hot Dogs. This business allows Jim & Dyan (and lots of their family) to combine their love of food, customer service, and fun! The rumors remain unconfirmed that Jim has a special training program for the cows which provide the lean beef in these dogs
